Job Overview:
We’re hiring! We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative who shares our values of compassionate care and exceptional service. In this role, you will be on the front line with our clients, helping to solve their issues and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and empathy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Understand our product range thoroughly to offer accurate information and answer inquiries.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Work closely with our sales department to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
